We offer training every week for beginner and advanced gymnasts. To join our training sessions you need a valid sports card of the SSCE and to become a member of E.S.T. SUCA. Send an email to email@example.com if you’re interested (to join).
Every Friday 17:30-19:30 beginners train at the gymnasium of the TU/e sports center.
Every first Thursday of the month, beginners also train 20:00-22:00 at the gymnasium of the TU/e sports center.
Beginner training sessions are supervised by our trainer Veronica Caprai.
Level indication: you have never done gymnastics before and/or you need help with the basics of gymnastics.
The training is in English. Most gymnasts wear normal sportswear and train on bare feet.
You’ll learn cartwheel, roundoff, back handspring, somersault, beam, how to get on a bar and do some exercises, rings, trampoline.
Every Monday of the month advanced members train 21:00-22:30 at the better-equipped hall the ‘Vijfkamp’ at Vijfkamplaan 5, Eindhoven.
Every Thursday 20:00-22:00 advanced members train at the gymnasium of the TU/e sports center.
Advanced training sessions are supervised by our trainer Armand van der Aa.
Level indication: you have done gymnastics in the past and are able to train safely by yourself.
